Constitutional Facial Acupuncture Rejuvenation is a safe and effective treatment to renew the face as well as the whole body. Fine lines may be entirely erased, deeper lines reduced, bags around the neck and eyes firmed, and skin problems improved.
Tiny needles are placed at acupuncture points around the face, eyes and neck. The face actually lifts itself via the acupuncture points through the muscles' tightening and toning action. The needles also stimulate blood and circulation, which improves facial color.
The treatment protocol incorporates the use of Chinese herbal masks, poultices and moisturizers. Jade rollers, which enhance blood circulation, remove fine lines and age spots and prevent premature aging are used to massage the moisturizer into the skin. The ancient empresses of China used jade as a precious stone to be worn, not only around their necks but to attract yin and nourishment to their skin. The stone served a double purpose of promoting beauty and for magical protection.
Constitutional Facial Acupuncture involves the patient in an organic process, in which a series of treatments is necessary to obtain maximal effect. Generally, 12-15 treatments are recommended with maintenance treatments every 2 weeks for 2 months, followed by treatment once a month.
By the end of the series patients can expect to look and feel 5-15 years younger. Results may vary slightly depending upon how well the patient has taken care of themselves during the process and afterward.
